It has been three months since Avima Iron Ore Limited, chaired by Socrates Vasiliades, signed an MOU with the Port Autonome de Kribi (PAK) allowing it to store and load 65%-grade iron ore at the multipurpose terminal in the southern Cameroon coastal town. Avima is now confident it will obtain another waiver from Yaounde to allow the transit of its ore to PAK, the seaport headed by Patrice Melom.
