Barcelona construction group Copisa was seeking an €85m payment from Mauritanian mining company Société Nationale Mauritanienne Industrielles et Minière (SNIM) for the construction of the iron ore enrichment plant “Guelb II” in Zouérat, the country’s mining capital.
