EY will manage the financial aspects of the process, and will be represented in Johannesburg by Johan Greyling, Partner and former Associate Director in KPMG’s infrastructure division. He will be supported by Abhayjit Sinha, a Dubai-based director and infrastructure expert. Nosipho Mdlalo, former Project Manager for the state-owned Industrial Development Corporation, is also on hand, along with Alwyn Naidoo, an adviser.
