A report by the Mauritanian parliamentary inquiry commission (CEP) recently denounced the Chinese company for failing to meet the terms of the agreement, namely violations with regard to fisheries off the coast of Mauritania. In all, the CEP listed 146 instances of Poly-Hondone Pelagic FisherY fishing in off-limits areas between 2017 and 2019.
