Last week, while passing through Cotonou, Mikel Ortiz, managing director of the Spanish developer PN-HG (forecast €650m in turnover for 2020, up 34%, 1,000 employees), signed an agreement with the government of Benin to build 1,300 social and affordable housing units in the new city of Ouédo, north of Cotonou.
