On 25 June, the conflict between Cameroonian-born French entrepreneur Jean Emmanuel Foumbi – Founder and former CEO of Hope Services – and the State of Cameroon took a step closer to resolution, when Washington’s International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) formally agreed the trio tasked with ruling on the two parties’ liabilities.
