Antananarivo wants to get closer to shareholders in its future 205 MW hydroelectric power station by taking an equity stake in the ad hoc company NEHO (Nouvelle énergie hydroélectrique de l’Onive), which was created by a consortium comprising Eiffage, Themis Energy, engineering firm HIER, and Eranove.
