On 4 May, Tunisia-Kuwaiti Bank’s (BTK) current chairman, Samir Saied, will take the reins at national telecoms operator Tunisie Telecom (TT). The 61-year-old graduate of France’s Centrale Supélec (1980) has spent his career to date in the banking sector.
