By imposing social distancing and closing local customer contact centres, the Covid-19 epidemic will “accelerate the digitisation of services” that is already underway in Morocco and Senegal, says Ana Giros, SUEZ’s Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Africa, the Middle East, India, Asia and Australia since May 2019.
