Adenia was advised on the transaction by investment banking firm Lazard, law firm Desfilis Avocats, represented by Philippe Rosenpick, Partner, and Sidney Lichtenstein, Associate, and Ernst & Young. Christophe Scalbert, formerly of Proparco and Lazard, and serving as Principal at Adenia since 2011, handled the exit among other duties.
