Bernard Azria, CEO of Côte Ouest, has told Jeune Afrique Business+ that the partnership is a solution to a dilemma facing content producers: “For some time now, as a content producer and distributor we’ve been dealing with the following equation: the disappearance of the free-to-air-based business model and the delay in implementing the new pattern of consumption, i.e., platforms”.
