The government has granted a fifteen-year licence for the technical inspection of vehicles to Ivorian company Mayelia Logistics & Automobiles, a subsidiary of the Mayelia Participations group founded by Ivorian businessman David Fofana, formerly of Société de Transport Lagunaire (STL/groupe SNEDAI) and SOTRA (Abidjan Transport Company).
