The African Agency for Consignment and Trade (Agence africaine de consignation – AACC) and Sindbad Transworld Services, two subsidiaries of the Sindbad Group, established a consortium to buy 100% of the capital of the Mediterranean Trade, Transport and Consignment Agency (Méditerranéenne pour le commerce, le transport et la consignation – MCTC).
