Indian mobile services giant Comviva ($4.5bn capitalisation) has recently divested from its spin-off TerraPay, a payment infrastructure based in the Netherlands. The transaction, the amount of which remains confidential, was carried out by a trio composed of Partech Partners, Prime Ventures and IFC, the lead institution on the deal. Within the scope of the operation, the three investors also decided to inject $9.6m million for the development of the payments solution.
