Mohamed Alami Nafakh Lazraq, founder and CEO of real-estate developer Alliances Développement immobilier (ADI), recently increased his interest in the group. He now has a 51.68% stake in the share capital, up from 44.08%, thanks to a capital increase reserved for the businessman following the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of 17 June 2019.
