The three interested companies – Meninx Holding, Poulina Group Holding and Catering Tunisie – were shortlisted following a call for expression of interest launched on 25 November 2019. The process, recommended by the Attijari Finances Tunisie and Attijari Finances Corp consortium, involves putting up for sale Al Karama Holding’s direct and indirect interests representing 50% of the share capital of Newrest Catering Tunisie.
