According to our sources, Benedict Oramah‘s teams have opened several avenues of discussions, with both current and potential investors, to pursue its capital increase in anticipation of Afreximbank‘s upcoming IPO. Among the latter, the African Development Bank is currently studying its participation in the IPO, which is due to take place in the course of 2020, an issue that was on the agenda of a meeting of its board of directors in Abidjan at the end of last year.
