Although the purchase amount has not been disclosed, Apposit LLC and Paga have already been working together since 2009, the year Paga was founded. Eric Chijioke, managing partner at Apposit, has been chief technology officer at Paga since 2011. Apposit LLC developed the IT systems used by the Nigerian fintech company.
