After studying the case for a year, the Trade and Development Bank (TDB, formerly PTA Bank), the development bank of the COMESA states, will sign a letter of credit of $20 million for the Djiboutian company Red Sea Bunkering on Thursday 30 January in the presence of Seychelles national John Esther, its regional director for East Africa.
