Set up in May, Biovea Energie brings together French power utility EDF (holding 40% of the shares); the investment company led by Thierry Déau, Meridiam (36%), and Biokala, a subsidiary of the agrifood group SIFCA, co-founded by the Billon family, which owns 24%.
