BGFI expects to raise over $78m from its IPO

While Henri-Claude Oyima, head of BGFIBank for the past 30 years, has confirmed plans to list the banking group on the Central African Securities Exchange (Bourse des valeurs mobilières de l’Afrique centraleBVMAC), few details have been released on the transaction so far. But, according to information obtained by Jeune Afrique Business+, the group intends to sell between 15% and 20% of its capital.
