“We are about to close the acquisition with IberAfrica,” an internal source at A.P. Moller Capital confirmed to Jeune Afrique Business+. The Danish enterprise is an affiliate of the giant AP Moller Holding which controls shipping firm A.P. Moller-Maersk.
