Holder of a master’s degree in economics from Omar Bongo University in 2000 and a master’s in public finance from Gabon’s Institute of Finance and the Economy, Hugues Mbadinga Madiya began his career in 2006 as an analyst at the Ministry of Finance and the Economy.
