The presidency of Togo has made a succession of investment announcements over the past 24 hours. After last night’s official confirmation of the acquisition of a 51% stake by the Exian/ECP duo in the national telecoms operator Togocom, Lomé has just signed an agreement with Dangote Industries Ltd for the manufacture of phosphate fertilizers for the West African market.
