According to our information, Slim Ben Ayed, son the founder and member of the board at the holding since June, pushed hard to get Khaled Bouricha, Chairman of the Board of Directors, to approve the acquisition of 5.68% of the capital of agri-foods company Délice Holding for €10.2 million ($11.3m).
