After studying two proposals submitted by AMSA, the subsidiary of Senegalese group CFOA headed by François Bakou, and by Morocco’s Wafa, Ogar has opted for the offer from the Senegalese bidder, a source revealed to Jeune Afrique Business+ this morning.
